Possibility of sale to professionals
I offer discounts depending on the amount of your basket in my store:
%10 for any order over €100 (The code is 10GIN)
%15 for any order over €300 (The code is 15GINGER)
%20 for all orders above €500 and more (The code is 20GIN)
Quantitative discounts are also available but cannot be combined with the above discounts. Contact me to benefit from it (from 20/50/100 articles of the same reference)
My order still hasn't been shipped ...
Due to busy schedules, we process orders in order of priority.
Orders are therefore shipped within 3 to 4 days.
Please take this into account when ordering!
How to track my order?
All orders are sent with tracking, regardless of the destination.
The tracking number appears on your order.
If you have any problem, do not hesitate to contact me, I will be happy to answer you as quickly as possible
My order was shipped but I still haven't received it
Postal delivery times generally vary between 24 to 48 hours.
However, it sometimes happens that these deadlines are extended to 1 or sometimes 2 weeks.
First of all, double check that your address is correct.
If everything is correct, I invite you to wait: everything is done to ensure that your order is delivered to you.
If after two weeks you still have not received anything, contact me so that I can file a complaint with the Post Office.
No complaints can be made before this deadline.
The Post Office indicates that my order has been delivered, but I have not received it.
We take into account the information provided by the post office to receive your order.
In some cases, the order may be lost (shipment in transit for more than 25 days).
In this case alone, we will re-ship your order. We do not provide refunds.
Why are my shipping costs so high?
The shipping cost system is an automatic calculation based on the products and the number of products.
Don't worry, I refund the excess shipping costs upon shipping (ONLY for shipments with shipping costs greater than €6)
For example: The site calculates shipping costs of €13
I will send you a package by Colissimo of 6.5.
I will therefore reimburse you €6.5 via your order, which will be refunded to your Paypal account or your credit card. The time it takes to receive the refund varies.

No problem.
Ideally; when placing the 2nd order, leave me a comment indicating the number of the first order placed on the store and specifying that you would like both orders to be sent at the same time.
Otherwise, send me a little message afterwards, so that I can take it into account when processing your two orders
How to receive an invoice for my order
By default, I do not send an invoice with your order.
However, you will find your order information in your account.
I can send you an invoice with all order and VAT information by email.
Please note, for rapid and efficient processing, I do not send any paper invoices (only by email).
I got the wrong address when ordering
I invite you to contact me as soon as possible so that I can quickly change your address. Please note, if the order has already been shipped, I will not be able to change the delivery address.
I would like to choose my stone/my pendant: is this possible?
Requests for photographs/choice of stones are not always possible. Indeed, the product photographs represent the diversity of products available. It happens that the stones photographed are no longer available. I therefore cannot provide them but offer a similar model. Since the stones are natural, they vary from one to the other.
Concerning photos of items currently in stock, this is also impossible for me for reasons of time.
