Product Details
A natural Keshi Pearl pendant decorated with a golden zamac shell finish, on a golden brass support. Its irregular shape makes it particularly suitable for creating original and trendy DIY jewelry!
Keshi pearls are pearls of organic origin and irregular shapes. These are baroque pearls. The term “keshi”, of Japanese origin, means “Clove”.
Keshis can form in both Freshwater and Seawater molluscs. They are generally small and without a precise shape since there is no nucleus to guide their development. Their colors are of great variety and their lusters are high and their orientations rare because they are composed only of mother-of-pearl in its pure state.
The fact that Keshi Pearls are made of 100% mother-of-pearl does not give them the classification of normal pearls due to their shapes.
