Pretty mother-of-pearl heishi pearl hoop earrings
Today you will learn how to make simple heishi pearl hoop earrings. Get your pliers, your primers...let's go!
Necessary material :
To get started, you need the right supplies:
- 2 mm rondelle spacer beads
- fine flat pliers
Step 2 : Take one of the hoop earrings, remove the curved stem from the loop.
Step 3 : Using your fine flat pliers, gently unfold the tab that you took out of the loop (without damaging it).
Step 4 : Thread your pearls as you wish. I chose to alternate 3 heishi pearls, 1 round pearl, 3 heishi pearls and so on...
Step 5 : Take your flat pliers in your right hand (if you are right-handed) on the end of the unfolded hoop . Fold the small tab, without forcing too much.
Tip: Repeat the hook from the beginning, to put it back in the loop.
Step 6 : Do the same with the other hoop to finish the pair.
Congratulations, you have successfully completed your first pair of earrings.
